YOUR ORDER

How do I know that I have successfully placed an order? 

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will send an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You can view your order by signing in to your online account and selecting 'Order History'.

Oops, I entered the wrong shipping address!

Contact us at DREteam@designers-re-edit.com and our team member will gladly assist you through the process. Please notify us promptly as no amendments can be made once your order leaves our warehouse (and we can't ask Mr.Postman to make amendments either). 

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We put a premium on processing and delivering orders on time. Yes, we work at a lightning speed and your orders are packed almost as soon as they come in! Thus we are unable to amend any orders as soon as payment is confirmed. Our order volume is typically high and permitting amendments may cause unnecessary delay in the delivery of orders. As such, please review your order thoroughly before confirming it.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

We don't believe in surprising you with another bill at your doorstep, cos hey we know how frustrating it can get! Your final amount reflected in each order, is really final. All required local duty and taxes are included and no further payments will be incurred. 

Can I track my order?

For sho! Once your order is shipped, your tracking details will be furnished via email. You can track your parcel online by clicking the link shown on your email or by signing in to your online account and selecting 'Order History'.

I really want that gorgeous palette but I am so scared it'll break during transit

We feel you. We know Mr.Postman may get a little rough sometimes, thus all precautions are taken to ensure your order arrives in good condition. We guarantee your palette will arrive all pristine or your money back! So hey don't trouble your mind :)

 

SHIPPING

When will you ship my order?

We ship every MONDAY and THURSDAY weekly via Poslaju and Singapore Post.

All items listed are available and ready to be despatched from our distribution center. Upon shipment it typically takes 1-2 days to magically appear at your doorstep!

To ensure your order is shipped on the aforementioned days, please place your order by:

a) Monday shipment- All orders completed by Saturday 6PM will be shipped on Monday.

b) Thursday shipment- All orders completed by Wednesday 6PM will be shipped on Thursday.

Which countries does Designers Re-Edit ship to?

We ship worldwide! Only Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei shipments are made available on our website because they're where the biggest bulk of our shipments go to. If you are located elsewhere and are dying to get your hands on our products, please contact us at DREteam@designers-re-edit.com and our team will work on getting your order shipped to you, wherever you are!

All Singapore orders are shipped via Singapore Post and enjoy domestic rates as per below. At checkout, opt for "Registered Postage" for trackable parcels and speedy delivery. But if you're able to patiently wait and do not mind having no tracking details (although proof of shipment can be provided) then, by all means, pick "Normal Postage"

Can't wait to get my item(s)! How long will delivery take?

High-5! Just like you, we hate the waiting game! Upon postage, it takes 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. This short waiting period applies to all Malaysia and Singapore orders shipped via Poslaju and Singapore Registered post respectively.

For Brunei orders, delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers

This rapid processing time may be affected during our sale periods.

Can I track my order?

For sho! Once your order is shipped, your tracking details will be furnished via email. You can track your parcel online by clicking the link shown on your email or by signing in to your online account and selecting 'Order History'.

Help I am having problems with the tracking!

Sorry about that! It is common for the carrier to take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all 48 hours after the details were furnished, please reach out to us as soon as you can via DREteam@designers-re-edit.com. We can give you the inside info.

I missed the shipment. What do I do now?

Oh no, don't panic! Please contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange for delivery at a convenient date and time. Keep your tracking number handy and remember to quote it when you are in touch with the call line: 

Poslaju: 1-300-300-300 (Local) or +603 2727 9100 (Overseas)

Singapore Post: 1605 (24/7 Local Customer Care Line) or +65 6841 2000 (Overseas)

Please attempt the above as soon as you notice the missed the delivery. In the event you fail to claim the parcel and it gets shipped back to us, the courier will charge an additional cost for parcel re-shipment. 

Do you do COD?

Sorry we do not. We are a full-fledged online platform. But if this changes, you will be the first to know! 

Do you offer Free shipping?

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter.

 

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

Your security is our top priority. Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your data and information remain confidential. Plus, your financial information is never shared. This applies across all our accepted payment methods:

Direct online bank-in

If you selected the direct bank-in method, please take note that your order is only guaranteed upon completion of payment. Once payment is made, please email us at DREteam@designers-re-edit.com and furnish us with:

  1. Your order number; and
  2. A receipt of your transaction so we can process your order promptly.

Please transfer the exact amount. Any change owed will be returned in the form of store credit. 

PayPal

Paypal fuses it's reputable payment gateway (think 210 million active transactions) with consumer protection all in one safe place. If you're already a PayPal account holder, great you are good to go! If you do not own a Paypal account, you can still opt for PayPal and enter your Visa/Master Debit or Credit Card details during checkout. 

 

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (eg: the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Is your card expired? 
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

RETURN POLICY 

Can I return or exchange my purchase, I changed my mind.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. This policy is however waived if the item is: 

1) Incorrect- You did not receive the product(s) you ordered; and/or

2) Defective- The product has manufacturing defects and fails to function as described by the manufacturer's specifications.

In the rare event the above-mentioned hiccup happens, you are subjected to the following conditions in order to be eligible for return. 

Reach out to us, no later than 7 days 

Please write to us at DREteam@designers-re.edit.com no later than 7 days upon receiving the item.

Ship to us via Registered Postage

Once you hear from our team, you have 7 days to return the said item back to us. Always opt for registered postage as we will not be liable for any lost packages. Once complete, please contact our team again and furnish us with 1) Tracking Details, and 2) Postage Receipt. The receipt is important for us to process reimbursement of the shipping fee, so hang onto it! 

Pristine Condition pretty please

All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in good condition in their original packaging. Returns that fail to meet this will not be accepted and be sent back to the customer.

If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be sent a replacement of the said item. We may at our sole discretion offer a refund as a substitute remedy.

Final Sale

During our sale clearance, products marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer discounts to makeup artists, celebrities, and social media influencers?

Yes! We want to make it easier for passionate beauty lovers to load their kits full of the world's hottest and latest beauty launches, upon acceptance into our Collaboration Program.

How do I enroll in the Collaboration Program?

Email DREteam@designers-re-edit.com and include the following in your submission:

  • Link to website and/or social channel
  • At least 1 credential (an example of this would be your name listed in the credits in an editorial)
 

How will I know I’ve been accepted into the program?

We’ll email you within two to three weeks to confirm your application. Once you’re accepted, your discount wil apply for one year, at which point you’ll have the option to renew. That’s it! This is going to be fun.
